Scholarships
Very Low-income Assistance Scholarship
The “Very Low Income Assistance” (VLIA)
program provides a reduced fee to all entrepreneurs
whose income is at or below poverty level. In addition,
VLIA-eligible entrepreneurs may request assistance
for childcare and transportation expenses in the
form of fixed childcare and transportation stipends.
Your eligibility for this scholarship will be determined
after your submission of the course application,
and income verification documents.
The VLIA fee reduction applies only to the course
fee (of $75) and does not apply to the registration/workbook
fee (of $25). Eligible entrepreneurs will owe
$25 for class, and $50 total. Please note that
both the childcare and transportation stipends
are fixed amounts and are not intended to be direct
reimbursement for exact expenses.
Entrepreneur with Disabilities Scholarship
If you are an entrepreneur with disabilities and
you qualify for government disability benefits
and/or you let us know that you have a disability
that affects your daily activities, you can receive
our Entrepreneur with Disabilities scholarship.
Please note the reduction applies only to the
course fee (of $75) and does not apply to the
registration/workbook fee (of $25). Eligible students
will owe $25 for class, and $50 total.
