Rita Steel
Following a career in public accounting, Rita joined Robert Half International (RHI), the world’s first and largest staffing service specializing in the accounting, finance and information technology fields. Now as President of Western U.S. and Canadian operations for the company, Rita oversees seven specialized staffing divisions in more than 100 locations throughout California, Hawaii, the Pacific and Northwestern states, Upstate New York, Michigan and Canada. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting and economics from Rutgers University, and is married and the proud mother of two daughters.
