Linda Kim
Linda Kim is responsible for Barclays Global Investor's operations globally. In collaboration with the regional COO's and the Products & Channels, Linda and her global leadership team sets the strategy and best practices for the operational functions across all regions. The Global Operations Leadership Team reports to Linda and is organized by function with managers reporting in from all regions. Linda joined BGI in 1995 to establish the Internal Control and Consulting Group, then served as the Global Enterprise Risk Manager, Head of US Trust Operations, Head of US Risk and Compliance, and COO for the Index Products leading Investment Product Services. Prior to joining BGI, Linda established and managed a project management consulting firm serving the financial services industry. Prior to that, she was a Senior Investment Officer for a technology venture capital firm focusing on workouts and turnarounds, and a manager with Coopers & Lybrand specializing in litigation consulting. Linda is a 1983 graduate of University of California, Berkeley in business administration and was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in 1985. .
